The challenge with customer responsibility usually falling under the head of sales, and employee responsibility usually falling under the head of HR, is that those are siloed organizational hierarchies that rarely interact with each other. Which means they don’t see how happy employees lead to happy customers, and how disgruntled employees lead to disgruntled customers. Is there a missed opportunity here for companies?
